The 2024 Lincoln Navigator full-size SUV is ideal for consumers seeking luxury, comfort, roominess and utility. Designed in parallel with the F-150, it inherited some of the latter’s characteristics. After receiving a few esthetic tweaks in 2022, the Navigator continues to present all the necessary elegance and technology to face the competition. Consequently, the automaker hasn’t announced any major changes for 2024. However, a redesigned look, drawing inspiration from the Nautilus, may be in the pipeline for the 2025 model year.
With the 2024 Lincoln Navigator, you’ll enjoy plenty of cargo volume, as well as incredible responsiveness when you step on the gas. In fact, the 3.5 L twin-turbo V6 engine produces 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque, so it comes as no surprise that the vehicle can tow well over 8,000 pounds. In the Navigator L version (approximately a foot longer and with an elongated wheelbase), the volume of the luggage compartment is 972 liters, even with passengers in the second and third rows of seats. You can configure the Navigator to seat eight passengers and to make the standard all-wheel drive system work with a transfer case with short gear ratios when tackling difficult road conditions.
We can expect some modifications in terms of the available options and packages. For example, the block heater might become an option, while the hands-free liftgate might no longer be standard equipment. Connected navigation, in addition to the Lincoln Streaming service, might be available for 12 months. The automaker might extend its offer of the Active Glide semi-autonomous driving system (a version of the BlueCruise system) from 24 to 48 months. There will reportedly be a color change, as Lincoln reinstates Flight Blue Metallic and discontinues Ocean Blue.
Lincoln engineers have thought of everything to make the luxurious cabin of the 2024 Navigator as pleasant as possible. Highlights include premium leather seats (heated, ventilated and massaging with 24 to 30 positions), captain’s chairs, the panoramic Vista roof, keyless entry via smartphone, head-up display, a 28-speaker Revel Ultima 3D Audio surround sound system (optional), the Lincoln Play infotainment system and Lincoln Co-Pilot360 2.0 Vision suite of driver assist technologies, a 13.2-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen on the center console and more.
