I’ve been really impressed by 440 Ford’s service department. When repairs go without a hitch those are easy. But a service center shows it’s true colours when there is an issue with a repair. Claude and his team really stepped up and took care of me. Without even the slightest hesitation he showed empathy and understanding and made it right. Excellent service! I went to many ford enterprises, and dealt with many salesmen, but nobody compares to Eric Cloutier. He is an exceptional salesman, he took the time and explained to me everything concerning the truck and he is by far the most honest salesman!!!! If you ever decide to purchase a used vehicle, you should go to ford 440 Laval. Friendly staff and the most important is that they tell you the truth. They are not there just to sell you a car, they are there to satisfy their clients!

Good customer service. It is always a long stressful wait when having your car serviced. 440 employees are professional and helpful. The service department is very good.
